Wildcat Mountain Cheese

Ronnie and Clara Patton operate Wildcat Mountain Cheese in East Bernstadt, Kentucky. Ronnie is a third-generation dairy farmer carrying on the family tradition his grandfather started in the late 1930s. Clara is a self-taught cheese-maker mastering the art of farmstead cheese. They began making cheese from their cows’ milk in 2014.

Sustainable Harvest Farm

Sustainable Harvest Farm is located in London. Ford and Amanda Waterstrat have been farming since 2009 and selling their produce since 2010. They were the first in the region to provide a CSA (community-supported agriculture) to the community and the first farm in the region to be certified USDA organic. They focus on reducing food waste, producing quality products, and maintaining a healthy soil microbiome. Cornett Fresh Farms

Brent, Rhonda, Jarrod, and Miranda live on the family farm located on McWhorter Road in London, KY. Brent and Rhonda have been farming together for over 20 years and have evolved from a traditional tobacco and cattle farm to a diverse produce and livestock operation. Jarrod and Miranda are actively involved on the farm and are a huge part of the operation. The Cornett's farm includes about 500 acres of produce, field corn, cattle, and hogs. They employ 34 workers from Mexico who are a huge part of the team and make things run like clockwork.
